Vijay Sethupathi sports a new look

He was clean-shaven in Pizza and Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kanom. And then, he sported a beard in Soodhu Kavvum and continues to sport it in his upcoming Pannaiyaarum Padminiyum, Idharkuthaane Aasaipattai Balakumara and Rummy. And now, the latest about Vijay Sethupathi is that he'll sport a handlebar moustache in his next film,Sangudevan.

While he was spotted even last fortnight during promotional events with his thick, unkempt beard, the actor is now said to be busy shooting for his upcoming movies. The handlebar moustache look is quite famous in Kollywood, with Suriya sporting it in the two instalments of Singam. Kamal Haasan made it famous when he had this look in Devar Magan.

Vijay Sethupathi and Krishna play friends in their next

Actors Vijay Sethupathi and Krishna are all set to team up for a film, titled Vanmam. Directed by debutant Jai Krishna, who has earlier assisted Kamal Haasan, the film is likely to go on floors from November.
Talking about the film, Krishna says, “It’s a fantastic script about two friends. The equation between friends transcends several emotions — love, ego and hatred among others. But true friends always get back together, irrespective of the fights they have had. The title of the film is justified in the story.”
Kreihna and Vijay play good friends in the film — Chelladurai and Radha respectively. “We are now in the process of casting for the female lead, who will be paired opposite my character. Raghunandan (of Neerparavai fame) will compose the music. The film will majorly be shot in Nagercoil and Mutham,” he adds.

நேமிசந்த் ஜபாக் புரொடக்ஷன் தயாரிக்கும் 'வன்மம்' படத்தை ஜெய்கிருஷ்ணா இயக்குகிறார். விஜய் சேதுபதி நடிக்கும் முதல் ஆக்‌ஷன் படம் என்பதால் படத்தின் மீது அதிக எதிர்பார்ப்பு ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.

இத்தனை படங்களில் கால்ஷீட் சொதப்பல் இல்லாமல் எப்படி நடிக்க முடிகிறது என்று விஜய் சேதுபதியிடம் கேட்டால், கழுத்தில் அணிந்திருக்கும் சின்ன மணியைக் காட்டி சிரிக்கிறார். அந்த மணியை அணிந்த பிறகு எந்த பிரச்னையும் இல்லாமல் பட வாய்ப்புகள் குவிகிறதாம்.

தன் படங்கள் வரிசையாக ஹிட்டாவதற்கும், அந்த மணிக்கும் நெருங்கிய தொடர்பு இருப்பதாகவே விஜய் சேதுபதி நம்பிக்கொண்டு இருக்கிறார்
